The beach clubs in Uluwatu split into two worlds. Up top, clifftop clubs perch about 100m above the surf breaks on Bali's Bukit peninsula. Down below, beachfront clubs line the white sand of Melasti. There are 11 worth knowing.
Most run on a per-seat minimum spend rather than a fixed entry fee, credited back to food and drinks. That goes from about IDR 500k at the value end to IDR 3M or more at Savaya and El Kabron. Sunset, roughly 5 to 7pm, is the main event, and weekends book out.

What are the best beach clubs in Uluwatu?
For a big night, Savaya Bali is the marquee clifftop party club, with international DJs above the Pecatu headland. Single Fin owns the sunset scene from the cliff at Suluban, and its Sunday sessions are an institution. For adults-only calm, Ulu Cliffhouse has the best pool terrace.
Down on Melasti, White Rock Beach Club and Tropical Temptation Beach Club bring the beachfront pool parties. For a private beach and a slower day, Sundays Beach Club and Karma Beach Bali ride a cliff lift down to their own sand.
Clifftop or Melasti Beach: which should you choose?
The clifftop clubs trade beach access for the view. You sit about 100m up, with the surf breaks below and no easy way down to swim, apart from the pools. It's the pick for sunset drinks and DJs. Savaya Bali, Ulu Cliffhouse, Single Fin and El Kabron Bali all sit up here.
Melasti is the opposite: a real white-sand beach with clubs right on it, though the drive down the switchback road takes longer. Go there to swim and lie on the sand. The private-beach clubs, Sundays Beach Club and Karma Beach Bali, are the swimmable middle ground, reached by inclinator and funicular.
Savaya Bali
Savaya Bali is the marquee cliff club on the Pecatu headland, perched about 100m above the Indian Ocean. It was Omnia Dayclub before a rebrand, and it centres on a glass-and-marble cube bar, an infinity pool and cabanas.
International DJs and big-name events pull a dressed-up crowd, and it's 21 and over. Entry runs from about IDR 150k, roughly $9.
Daybeds carry a steep minimum spend from IDR 3M, credited to food and drinks, climbing past IDR 5M in premium areas. It opens at 1pm and books out for weekends and events.
Ulu Cliffhouse
Ulu Cliffhouse is an adults-only pool club on the Padang-Padang side, built around a 25m infinity pool and a terrace that overhangs the ocean.
Days run from long lunches into sunset DJ sets, with a relaxed, design-led crowd. It's one of the area's best sunset perches.
There's no entry fee. Daybeds seat up to four on a minimum spend from about IDR 700k on weekdays, rising to IDR 1.2M at weekends, credited to food and drinks.

Single Fin
Single Fin is the original Uluwatu cliff bar, on the limestone edge above the Suluban surf break at Blue Point. It's more clifftop bar than pool club, with tiered decks facing the waves and no pool.
It owns the sunset scene. The famous Sunday sessions bring resident and touring DJs and long queues, so arrive early.
It opens from 8am and it's free to get in, with drinks and food at fair prices. Come for the view and the surf-watch, not a swim.
El Kabron Bali
El Kabron Bali is a Spanish-styled luxury cliff club on the Pecatu coast, mixing an infinity pool, the adults-only Hedonism Lounge and a Sunset Theater at the ocean's edge.
The kitchen leans Mediterranean and Spanish, with paella, seafood and champagne. It's a romantic sunset spot rather than a party venue.
There's no fixed entry, but pool and dining packages run premium, so expect $100 or more a head. It's open 11am to midnight, and you'll want to reserve a Sunset Theater seat for golden hour.
Two of Uluwatu's clubs skip the cliff entirely and drop you onto a private beach by cliff lift.
Sundays Beach Club
Sundays Beach Club sits on a private white-sand beach below the cliffs of Ungasan, reached by a custom inclinator lift down the limestone face from the resort above.
It's calmer and more family-friendly than the party clubs, with kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear thrown in, and a bonfire at night.
The day pass is IDR 800k for adults, about $50, with IDR 500k of food and drink credit. Children 5 to 11 pay IDR 400k. Book the pass ahead for weekends.
Karma Beach Bali
Karma Beach Bali is a secluded club on the private Karma Kandara beach at Ungasan, reached by a funicular down the cliff from the resort. CNN once named it among the world's best beach bars.
It runs water sports, cabanas and beachfront massage, with DJs and Monday beach movies. It's family-friendly and open 10am to 9pm.
Day passes run about IDR 250k, roughly $16, including the cable-car ride and IDR 100k of food and drink credit. Meals add IDR 400k to 600k a head plus tax and service.

White Rock Beach Club
White Rock Beach Club is a big beachfront club on the sand at Melasti, built for music with multiple pools, cabanas and a DJ stage over the sea.
It pairs ocean views with party energy, and it's one of the newer names on the strip. There's no entry fee.
Seating runs on minimum spends, from about IDR 1.5M for a two-seater bed up to IDR 8M for a private-pool VIP cabana, credited to food and drinks. Book a bed ahead for weekends and events.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club
Tropical Temptation Beach Club is an adults-only pool-party club on Melasti, known for fire dancers and themed events like Friday ball pits and Sunday foam.
Entry starts around IDR 150k with a welcome drink, and some bar and lounge areas carry no minimum. Daybeds, cabanas and VIP setups scale up by group size and pool access.
Expect to spend roughly IDR 800k to 1.5M a head over a full day. It's a younger, livelier crowd than the clifftop clubs.
Minoo Beach Club
Minoo Beach Club is a boho spot under the cliffs of Melasti, kept simple with bean beds, white umbrellas and a small pool facing the Indian Ocean.
It runs chill by day and turns to DJs at sunset. There's no entrance fee, and many seats are free on weekdays, with minimum spends only at weekends.
It's open 10am to 8pm, a good-value, photogenic pick on the Melasti strip.
Palmilla Bali Beach Club
Palmilla Bali Beach Club is a walk-in spot on Melasti with a pool, sunbeds and a straightforward menu, aimed at casual day-trippers.
Entry is about IDR 100k to 150k and doubles as a voucher, with a free towel for the pool. There's no online seat booking, so it's walk-up only.
It's cheaper and more low-key than the big Melasti clubs. Check the same-day entry fee before the long drive down.
Magus Warung
Magus Warung is a small, low-key beach club on Melasti that trades facilities for value and service. It's more local warung than polished day club.
There's no entrance fee, a small pool, bar and restaurant, and sunbeds on a IDR 500k to 750k minimum spend, with free no-minimum seats upstairs.
It's reportedly the best-value spot on the strip. It opens 11am to 8pm, later at weekends. Confirm hours before you go, since it keeps only social pages online.
