What is the beach like in Almerimar?
Playa Levante is Almerimar's main beach, stretching 2,800 metres of sand between the Punta Entinas-Sabinar nature reserve and the marina dock. It holds a Blue Flag certification and has gradual water entry, making it well-suited to families. Half the beach borders the nature reserve, so you get flamingos and dunes on one side and boats on the other.
The water stays calm here. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and windsurfing are all available, and there's parking at the beach.
