Beso Beach Formentera sits on Playa de Cavall d'en Borràs, right inside the Ses Salines Natural Park. It's a Mediterranean restaurant and chiringuito rolled into one, with premium sunbeds lining the sand.
Sunset is the main event here. It comes up in 95 reviews, and the venue leans into it with regular DJ sets (mentioned 60 times). The crowd skews towards the see-and-be-seen set. Some reviewers call it a bit poseur, but most come for the atmosphere and stay for the music.
The food centres on Mediterranean cooking. The lobster rice gets specific praise from guests, and lunch is the main service. Cocktails, wine and beer are all on the drinks list. You'll want to book ahead, especially in high season.
The place is seasonal, so check opening dates before you plan a visit. There's a paid parking lot on site with plenty of spaces. It's one of the better-known spots across the Balearic Islands beach scene, and the € price level makes it more accessible than you'd expect for a luxury-tagged venue.
Rated 4.1 from 3,085 Google reviews. About 59% of guests give it five stars, though 11% leave one star, so opinions do split. The service and food get strong marks from those who enjoy it.

Pelayo served us; he's the best waiter I've had in years. He brought us a beautifully presented and absolutely delicious lobster rice dish. We'll definitely be back.
