Beefree Chiringuito & Beach Club sits on Costa Ballena beach in Rota, on the Atlantic coast of Cádiz. It's a chiringuito at heart, but one that runs a full restaurant, cocktail bar and beer garden from breakfast through to dinner.

Sunbeds and umbrellas line the sand out front. The crowd is mixed, families included, with a kids' area, a kids' menu, and dogs welcome inside and out. Sunset over the Atlantic is a recurring highlight in reviews, and the views draw people back.
Prices run around €20-30 per person. Reservations are accepted and free street parking is available nearby. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Live music and DJ sets are part of the regular programme.

Espeto is what people come for. Grilled sardines are the most talked-about dish, and bluefin tuna and tuna salad also get consistent praise. The rice is specifically called out as a highlight in multiple reviews.
The kitchen covers the full day: breakfast, lunch and dinner are all on offer. Drinks include beer, wine, coffee and cocktails, with the bar busiest during the sunset slot.
