Papaya Beach Club is a beachfront bar and club on Paseo Andrés Segovia in Almuñécar, on Granada's Costa Tropical. It's part of the Bambú Group and runs more as a pub and disco than a daytime beach lounge.

The crowd leans toward groups and tourists. DJs play regularly, and things get livelier after dark. Sunbeds are available during the day, but the place really comes into its own at night.
It opens Thursday to Sunday only. Thursday runs from 4pm to midnight. Friday through Sunday open at noon, with Friday nights going until 4am and weekends closing around 7am the following morning. Reservations are accepted and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Food & Drinks at Papaya Beach Club
Cocktails are the highlight here. The bar is specifically noted for them, backed up by a full drinks menu: beer, wine, hard liquor and spirits.
Food is casual. Burgers and hot dogs are the staples, and the kitchen stays open late. One guest arrived from La Herradura at midnight with everywhere else closed and was served immediately.
Prices run €10-20 per person. For the Costa Tropical, that's genuinely affordable.
