Hello Nalú Beach Club, On July 29th, I made a reservation under the name "Emma Brummelhuis" for August 21st, 2025. Unfortunately, our trip to Alicante was canceled, so we cancelled the reservation on August 16th. These are your rules: "If you cannot attend, please remember to cancel your reservation. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of the prepaid amount; otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the total amount." After contacting you several times via email and social media without receiving a response, I am quite disappointed. We paid €140 when making the reservation. This amount was also charged to Mr. Meijer's credit card. I expect a refund, as this is simply unfair to your customers. Best beach club I have ever been to. The music quality is Superb. DJ Chokry is a Hero And the personal of Nalú is really kind and professional. The toilets are surprisingly very clean
