Restaurante The Beach Club sits inside The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama, right on the hotel's private beach along Tenerife's southwest coast. It's a beachfront restaurant with premium sunbeds, umbrellas, and full table service, open daily from 11am to 7pm.
The vibe is casual by Ritz-Carlton standards. Families, tourist groups, and hotel guests make up most of the crowd. The beachside setting is the main draw. High chairs, a kids' menu, and a kids' area make it a practical choice for families.
Lunch reservations are recommended. Parking is technically available on the street nearby but spaces are usually hard to find, so the hotel parking is the safer bet. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible throughout.
Opinions are sharply divided. Of 382 reviews, 174 give five stars and 113 give just one. The beach setting gets consistent praise. Service is the fault line, with some guests reporting poor hospitality. Check recent reviews before committing.

Super rude British host who is fluent in Spanish. She clearly has a problem with guests at the hotel, specifically those from the Retreat. I informed her that the concierge had made a reservation for us, and she responded with disdain. Gross. I cancelled our second set of plans there after that. Everyone deserves a basic level of respect. Shame on this place.
Very pleasant restaurant right by the beach. Excellent service by attentive staff. Fabulous grilled sea bass today and barraquito to finish.
