Restaurante Coconovo Beach is a chiringuito-style restaurant and cocktail bar on Playa La Loma in Novo Sancti Petri. It faces west across the Atlantic, which makes it one of the better sunset spots along this stretch of coast.
The setup is relaxed: hammocks and deck chairs on the sand, live singers performing regularly, and a casual-romantic atmosphere that draws families, groups, and tourists alike. Sunset is the main draw, and the timing works whether you're there for lunch or staying into the evening.
Prices sit at €€. Reservations are recommended for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The venue operates seasonally, so check before visiting in winter or the shoulder months.

The menu focuses on Andalusian dishes. Tuna (atún) is the most talked-about item here, and salmorejo, paella negra, and local payoyo cheese are all worth ordering. Small plates are available if you're not after a full sit-down meal.
The drinks list is broad. Cocktails and wine get the most praise, but the beer selection, coffee, and desserts all earn positive mentions too.
Service runs from breakfast through dinner, so it works as a beach lunch spot, a late-afternoon drinks stop, or a full sunset dinner.

We moved to Spain and have been living here for a year. We have 8 apartments to rent and walk our dog every day to Coco Beach. It's very beautiful here and I highly recommend it. It's even nicer in the summer! Live music, delicious food, great atmosphere!
