Calma Beach Club sits directly on Cala Millor beach, the main strip on Mallorca's east coast. It's the beachfront operation attached to the Hipotels Don Juan hotel, with sunbeds and umbrellas right on the sand.
The vibe is casual and relaxed. Daily live music is a consistent draw, and the crowd is a mix of tourists, families, and groups. There's a dedicated kids area and wheelchair-accessible entrance, making it one of the more inclusive spots on this stretch of coast.
Prices run around €20-30 per person. Reservations are accepted, and free street parking is available nearby.
Rated 4.0 from 26 reviews. The split is fairly stark: most guests love it, but around one in five leaves a one-star rating. Food and atmosphere score well. Service is the recurring complaint, with guests noting slow turnaround despite a full floor of staff.
The kitchen covers restaurant staples and beach club fare. Burgers are popular. The dishes guests single out most are the mango and prawn salad, an Iberian ham platter, grilled squid, and curried prawns. Food quality draws genuine praise when it lands.
Cocktails are the headline drink. The bar also pours beer, wine, and spirits. You can eat and drink at the bar or sit at a table with full table service.
Expect to spend around €20-30 per person. That's in line with a mid-range beachfront restaurant on Mallorca's east coast.

Yes. Guests consistently mention daily live music as one of the highlights. It adds to the atmosphere without turning the place into a loud club.

A delicious restaurant right on the best beach in Mallorca. We ordered a mango and prawn salad and a platter of Iberian ham. For main courses, we tried the grilled squid and the curried prawns. Everything was very, very good. The location is beautiful and the views are wonderful. The staff was very friendly, especially Barbara, who served us wonderfully. 100% recommended.
We were several times there for drinks during the same week. What we like is the daily live music. However, the service is really slow. There are tons of waiters but it looks like they are too stressed to get you a beer or the bill.
