El Silencio Ibiza is a restaurant and beach club on Cala Molí, a sheltered bay on Ibiza's west coast near Sant Josep de sa Talaia. The pool is the centrepiece, with views straight out over the water. It's well away from the island's louder, more commercial spots.
The pool area is lined with premium sunbeds and hammocks. Sunset draws a crowd every evening. The vibe is calm rather than clubby, and the venue welcomes families and LGBTQ+ visitors alike.
Prices sit at €€, reasonable for this part of the island. Reservations are accepted and worth making in peak season. The venue is currently listed as temporarily closed, so check their website or call +34 676 00 30 59 before visiting.
Rated 3.7 from 1,546 Google reviews. More than half of guests give five stars, but around one in five leaves one star. Parking on event days is the most common complaint, with reviews noting limited supervision in the free lot.
The kitchen has serious credentials. Chef Mauro Colagreco is behind the menu, with Jean Imbert also connected. The focaccia is what most guests talk about. Churros are popular too.
Lunch and dinner are both served. Small plates, cocktails, sangria, wine, beer, and coffee are all available. It's a proper restaurant as much as a beach club, not just a drinks-and-sunbeds operation.
El Silencio Ibiza is priced at €€, moderate by Ibiza standards. It's not at the ultra-premium end of the island's beach club scene, but it's not cheap either.
Yes, the venue accepts reservations. Booking ahead is a good idea in summer, particularly for sunbeds and dining. Contact them directly or book via their website.
It's one of the more family-friendly options on the west coast. There's a dedicated kids' area, high chairs, a children's menu, and changing tables on site.
There's a free parking lot with usually enough space. Guest reviews flag poor supervision during busy event days, so arrive early if you're visiting for a special event.
The venue is currently listed as temporarily closed. Check elsilencioibiza.com or call +34 676 00 30 59 before visiting to confirm.

The iconic Ibiza hotel experience with legendary pool parties

The place is beautiful and the atmosphere during the season closing was amazing. However, the valet service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy only pointed out where to park in an area with no real security or control — everyone leaves their car wherever they can. I don’t blame him, but the venue should have a proper parking system in place. When I got home, I noticed a small dent that wasn’t there before, probably due to the lack of supervision. I regularly go to many venues around the island and have never had a similar issue. This was my third time at El Silencio, and the parking is definitely the weakest part, especially on event days. Since it was the last day of the season, I couldn’t even file a complaint.
