Malibu Beach Club sits directly on Playa de las Salinas in Sant Jordi de ses Salines, next to Ibiza's famous salt flats. It's a Mediterranean restaurant and chiringuito with hammocks, premium sunbeds, and umbrellas right on the sand.
The beach is the main draw here. It shows up in over 100 reviews as the standout feature, and the setting next to the salt evaporation ponds is genuinely distinctive. There's a kids' area with high chairs and a children's menu, which makes it one of the more family-oriented spots on this stretch of coast.
Prices are firmly at the upper end. Cocktails run around €32, a margherita pizza €30, fries €19, and a sandwich €23. Reservations are accepted and worth making in summer. There's a paid parking lot on-site with usually plenty of space.
Rated 3.6 from 1,330 reviews, this one divides people. Around 43% give five stars, but 21% leave one. The beach location earns consistent praise. Food quality and pricing draw the sharpest criticism, and a notable number of guests describe feeling ripped off. Read a few recent reviews before you commit.

Service ok but ordinary French Fries 19€, Pizza Margeritha 30€..!!??? Cocktail 32€… Sandwich (Foto) 23€..No thanks… There are better places on Ibiza…!
I'd give it a lower rating if it wouldn't let me. The food was bland for the price; I've eaten at roadside diners for a third of the price and the dishes were significantly tastier. The service was mediocre, though at least the waitress was friendly. We don't think we'll be back.
